We’re excited to announce the latest version of the Airline simulation—a major update designed to enhance clarity, usability, and instructional flexibility. Version 4 includes a fully redesigned interface, new real-world incidents, and updated teaching resources to support strategic learning outcomes in today’s classroom.

  • Easy Onboarding Experience: A new onboarding page handles simulation/case presentation, start-up decisions, and follow-up steps.

Enhanced Navigation and Search

  • Streamlined Navigation: Simulation navigation has been grouped and streamlined to reduce the amount of interaction needed, enhancing user experience.
  • Searchable Interface: Use the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page to search for reports, glossary terms, and more.

New Added Incidents

To provide students with realistic HR challenges.

  • Incident 27: Employee Selection Process

Updated Reports

  • Company Comparison report for instructors, located under the “Simulation” menu. The report shows the final decisions students have made in each period. The decisions can be viewed by company or category.
  • More detail added to the Decisions / Budget Analysis page. A new graph has been added too.
